Please read these terms before using Vastu Ananda’s services. By booking or using any consultation or course, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

Vastu Ananda provides Vastu consultation and coaching for homes, businesses and institutions. Services are offered online (video/WhatsApp) and offline.

2. Booking & payment

Bookings are confirmed after you submit a request and we accept it. Fees are as quoted; payment or a deposit may be required to confirm. Taxes and processing fees apply where required.

Consultancy fee covers one consultation session plus one follow-up chat after the consultation. 

Follow-up must be within 7 days of the consultation. If it’s a very long or complicated follow-up, a new consultation fee may be charged.

3. Cancellations & refunds

You may cancel within 24 hours of payment for a full refund. Refunds cannot be provided after you have availed the service.

4. Intellectual property

We own the materials we produce (articles, courses, templates). Do not resell or redistribute our materials without permission.

You retain ownership of materials you provide, like your house floor plan or photos.

5. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties.

6. Disclaimers

Vastu Ananda cannot guarantee results.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
